1. Provision of Services

1.1 Consac delivers expert computer-aided design (CAD) services worldwide. We utilize proprietary and third-party software tools to ensure high-quality engineering service delivery.

1.2 We commit to performing the Services with reasonable care, skill, and in accordance with any agreed specifications and timelines. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services due to the nature of digital and technical work.

1.3 You agree to supply all necessary information, data, and materials needed for Consac to perform the Services. We reserve the right to refuse Services if the provided materials are inappropriate or infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

1.4 All intellectual property rights associated with the Services, including software, tools, and materials, remain the exclusive property of Consac.

1.5 All service engagements are final and non-refundable once work has commenced. By confirming a project with Consac, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Confidentiality

2.1 We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose any such information to third parties without your written consent, except where legally required.

2.2 You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any materials or information Consac provides during the course of service and not disclose them to unauthorized third parties without prior written consent.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consac excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or these Terms.

3.2 Our maximum liability for direct damages related to the Services is limited to the amount of fees you have paid for the specific Services in question.

4. Termination

4.1 Either party may terminate these Terms with written notice to the other party.

4.2 Upon termination, Consac will cease providing Services, and you will be responsible for payment of all fees due up to the termination date.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1 These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado.

5.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thornton, Colorado, with the registered address: 480 E 132nd Way, Thornton, CO 80241, USA.

6. Amendments

6.1 Consac reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website.

6.2 Any changes will apply to Services provided after the date the updated Terms are posted.

7. Entire Agreement

7.1 These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Consac regarding the provision of Services and supersede any previous agreements or understandings.

7.2 No changes to these Terms are valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
