As part of our growing MEP division, we are now looking for talented MEP BIM Modelers to join our onsite team in Burdwan.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems using Autodesk Revit.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clash-free designs.
Interpret 2D drawings and specifications into accurate BIM models.
Prepare and update drawings, layouts, and documentation as per project standards.
Ensure all models comply with international BIM standards and company protocols.
Deliver accurate BOQs, shop drawings, and coordination models.

Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit.
Strong understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting).
Experience with clash detection, coordination, and BIM workflows.
Familiarity with ISO 19650, ASHRAE, NFPA, and IEC BIM standards.
Knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset.

Consac is a trusted multinational organization specializing in engineering design and detailing solutions. Our headquarters is in Norway, with administration and finance offices in the United States, and operations in Kolkata, Burdwan, and Siliguri (West Bengal).

With a strong corporate culture and a focus on precision, innovation, and teamwork, Consac is expanding its Structural Steel Division. We are now seeking skilled Tekla Steel Detailers / Modelers to join our Kolkata office.

Key Responsibilities

Create accurate 3D Tekla models for structural steel projects, including connections, assemblies, and shop drawings.
Prepare fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and BOMs as per project requirements.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and detailers to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Check drawings/models for compliance with client standards and company guidelines.
Coordinate with international teams across Consac’s offices in Norway, USA, and India.
Maintain documentation and revision control throughout project stages.

Required Skills & Experience

3–6 years of experience as a Tekla Steel Detailer/Modeler.
Proficiency in Tekla Structures with deep knowledge of detailing and modeling workflows.
Experience preparing GA drawings, shop drawings, and erection drawings.
Understanding of AISC, BS, IS, or equivalent steel codes and standards.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a corporate environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication.
